Help Your Child Make This Year Their Best Hockey Season Ever!
Today you're going to learn how to help your son/daughter:
The first thing you need to realize is that games and practices during the hockey season are not enough to help your child reach their potential.
Let me ask you a question...
I'll get to the price and the discount you'll receive today in just a second...
First take into consideration the money spent on ice times, hockey schools, and skating lessons...
Ice is expensive, and that is reflected in the money hockey parents have to shell out to help their child improve as a hockey parent...
We provide an off-ice solution for youth athletes to help improve their:
And help with their overall athleticism and development as an athlete to set them up for future success as well!
Don't get me wrong, I am 100% on board with on-ice training methods for kids...
But I am often shocked to see hockey parents spending hundreds of dollars on hockey schools and not investing any time or money into developing athleticism off of the ice (something that isn't nearly as expensive and very beneficial for young hockey players).
Coach Dan, who created this In-Season Youth Hockey Program, is a high-level strength, conditioning, and nutrition coach for high-level hockey players (including NHL players) but has also worked extensively with youth athletes.
For a full In-Season Hockey Training Program you'd be looking at somewhere between $500-$2,000 if you were to hire a hockey strength and conditioning coach to create a plan for your child.
And someone with Dan's knowledge and experience with youth hockey players would be on the high end of that range.
The good news?
This Youth In-Season Hockey Program won't be nearly that for you today...
We have a goal here at HockeyTraining.com to help 20,000 hockey players this year improve their performance and become better hockey players.
With that, we offer a massive discount on all of our programs.
The training and information found in this In-Season Youth Hockey Training Program is invaluable for hockey parents and should cost more than it does...
In fact, I would say that hockey parents who use the training with their child and see the improvements on the ice would happily pay MUCH more than what we've priced this program at...
It won't be the $2,000 mentioned above.
Nope it isn't even $1,000, or even $500.
This full in-season program for youth hockey players, including the added bonuses + guides, is just $47!
Yup, just $47 - a fraction of the cost of a hockey school!

Today I want to introduce you to our NEW In-Season Youth Hockey Training Program!
This is a full in-season training program for youth hockey players which includes:
Hockey Player A plays hockey 8 months of the year and does some training during the 4 months of off-season.
Hockey Player B plays hockey 8 months of the year as well and also does some training during the 4 months of the off-season, but also adds proper in-season training sessions throughout the hockey season.
Of course, it is going to be Hockey Player B, who gets in up to 3 times as much hockey training throughout the year as Player A does!
So why stop focusing on improving as a hockey player during the season?
I was guilty of this when I was a kid...
I worked hard at hockey schools and power skating classes during the summer months, but when we were in the hockey season I didn't do much to improve...
Back then it was normal not to do any training during the hockey season, and we really only used our practices to get better.
Looking back at it I wish I had been training hard to improve on the ice year-round, instead of just a fraction of the year.
Nowadays youth players who aren't training properly year-round are going to be falling behind.
And I know the last thing you want for your kid is for him/her to be falling behind the other players.
Which Hockey Player Do You Think Will Improve More:
So What Type Of Training Should Youth Players Be Doing?
Research has shown that, when done properly, youth training is not only safe but extremely effective for increasing sport performance.
And not only does it improve the youth athlete's performance right now, it also sets them up for greater potential as they get into their teenage years and beyond.
While general "exercise" is great for kids, if we are serious about helping them improve as a hockey player we need to get them on a training program that is specific to the sport of hockey.
When following a proper youth hockey training program they will be improving their:
During the hockey season this is best done using a safe and effective weight lifting program designed for kids.
Yes, kids under 14 can (and should) do light resistance training despite old myths that it can "stunt their growth". (if you'd like to learn more about this we cover the topic in-depth at HockeyTraining.com)
The key here is that the training was designed for a youth athlete, and is also a hockey specific program so we can focus on the athletic qualities that hockey players need for top performance out on the ice.

Q. What equipment do I need access to for the workouts?
Because this is a youth program, a lot of the exercises are bodyweight exercises, but you will need access to some light dumbbells and pull up bar to perform all of the exercises. If you don't have access to a gym you could get away with just a pair of light dumbbells and perform a majority of the training. We are always available to provide substitutions when needed!
Q. Will I receive anything in the mail?
No, this program is 100% online in our member's area. Thankfully with the way the internet has evolved, we are able to offer a fully digital program, which has kept costs at a fraction of the price they would be otherwise.
Once you have signed up you will create a username and sign into the member's area. From there you can access and download all of the program's material.
Q. What ages is this program for?
This program was designed for Youth Players 12-14 years old. For hockey players younger than 12 years old I would recommend our regular Youth Training Program that uses more bodyweight training than our In-Season Program.
