Q. What equipment do I need access to for the workouts?
A standard gym will have the equipment you need for these grip training workouts (barbells, dumbbells, plates).
Q. Will I receive anything in the mail?
No, this program is 100% online in our member's area. Thankfully with the way the internet has evolved, we are able to offer a fully digital program, which has kept costs at a fraction of the price they would be otherwise.
Once you have signed up you will create a username and sign into the member's area. From there you can access and download all of the program's material.
Q. What ages is this program for?
This program was created for hockey players 14 and older, although if the athlete is mature enough to do some grip training this program would be fine for younger hockey players as well (just start very light)!
